Storage Terms and Conditions of Use
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

1. Application publisher
The Storage software is published by Infoduo, a company established in France.
Any queries regarding these Terms and Conditions may be addressed to Infoduo using the contact details provided on the official website.

2. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Storage software (hereinafter "the Software").
By installing and using Storage, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

3. Licence and duration
The Software is provided under an annual licence.
The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It is granted to a single natural or legal person for their own use.
Depending on the package subscribed to, the licence authorises the installation and use of the Software on a limited number of devices belonging to the same user:
• Standard Licence: 1 device
• Pro Licence: up to 2 devices
• Pro+ Licence: up to 3 devices
Any use of the Software by several different persons requires the purchase of a number of licences corresponding to the number of users.
Activation of the Software requires the entry of a licence key and may involve connecting to an activation server to verify compliance with the terms of use.
Given its nature (software), the right of withdrawal provided for in distance selling cannot be exercised, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121-20-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The purchase of a licence is final and definitive and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The subscription includes minor and major updates as well as technical support provided by Infoduo throughout the licence period.
Any use outside this framework (key sharing, lending, duplication, use on more than the authorised number of devices, or use by multiple people with a single licence) is strictly prohibited.

4. Features and developments
The Software offers electronic document management (EDM) features, including filing, searching, OCR, editing and other organisational tools.
Infoduo reserves the right to upgrade the Software, in particular by adding, modifying or removing features, in order to improve the service.

5. Confidentiality and data protection
Storage stores documents and information in user-defined spaces.
The data is not transmitted or resold to third parties by Infoduo.
The user remains solely responsible for the confidentiality of the information stored and for managing access to it.

5.1. Use of Storage AI
The Software includes an artificial intelligence-based assistance module, Storage AI.
• Local engine: Storage AI integrates its own AI engine that runs exclusively locally on the user's computer. No data is transmitted to Infoduo or any third party in this mode.
• External engine (ChatGPT): when the user utilises the text or table generation functions in Storage AI, these are provided by the ChatGPT engine. In this case, only the prompt entered by the user is transmitted to the OpenAI service. No documents, OCR content or data stored in Storage are sent. Use of this engine is subject to a limited quota, which may vary depending on the subscription package and technical conditions. • Use related to Giulia, Storage's AI assistant: questions asked to Giulia may be shared with Storage support for the sole purpose of improving the service and the assistant's learning. No other data is sent.

6. Responsibility
Infoduo makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Software and the security of data.
However, Infoduo cannot be held liable in the event of:
• loss, corruption or destruction of data due to misuse of the Software, external hardware or software malfunction, or failure by the user to back up data;
• temporary interruption related to updates, upgrades or maintenance.
The user is solely responsible for the proper management of their backups and IT environment.

7. Support and updates
Throughout the subscription period, the user shall benefit from:
• access to Software updates;
• technical support provided by Infoduo through the means made available (email, telephone, etc.).

8. Intellectual property
The Software, its source code, its features, its graphic charter and its documentation are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or decompilation without Infoduo's written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination
In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use by the user, Infoduo may suspend or terminate the licence without compensation or refund.
The user may terminate their subscription at the end of the annual period.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Infoduo's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
